 Key Academic Requirements

Graduate Assistant: Must have a First Class Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field.

Assistant Lecturer: Requires a Master’s Degree (M.Sc/M.A/M.Ed).

Lecturer II & Lecturer I:

PhD preferred

OR Master’s Degree with relevant publications and teaching/research experience

Senior Lecturer, Reader & Professor:

PhD is mandatory

Several years of teaching and research experience

Evidence of publications in reputable journals

General Requirements for All Academic Roles:

NYSC discharge or exemption certificate

Good ICT proficiency

Strong communication skills and professional ethics
